Have you ever improvised or put your own spin on a meal and had it be a big hit? (Either with others or yourself)

If so, what was it?
If not, if you knew a meal would turn out edible, what kind of meal would you create? What sort of flavors would you like to see mixed together?

I haven't ever really cooked much...

EXCEPT that when I was on keto last year I ended up getting really really powerful cravings for fried rice that I just couldn't resist. So I ended up searching around and finding a keto-friendly recipe that substitutes actual rice for shredded cauliflower and learned how to make that. I'd put in garlic, carrots, onions, broccoli, some egg, a bunch of healthy herb stuff along with some curry powder and pepper and it all came out amazing~! Loved having that stuff around while I was on keto, I'd cook a bunch of it to have throughout the week!!

I later tried some other various proteins with it including chicken, shrimp, and salmon and it worked out pretty well I feel~! It's literally the only time I had done so much culinary exploration and it paid off big for me especially being on keto at the time hehehehe~.
