I don`t know what I do when napping. If I was at the gym, I´m so exhausted, I fall asleep. Sometimes for 15 minutes, sometimes longer but often...I wake up, because I choke on my saliva. Never happens in night sleep. oO

Well shit, subconscious playing tricks on you I guess. I wonder if there's a way to specifically induce (or try to) dreamless sleep, like as a way to prevent constant nightmares. Would be rather useful I'd imagine.
