how do you decide what to throw away? i have hoarder tendencies and the number of Possessions I have accumulated is becoming quite annoying
That is indeed difficult... I feel like I just collect shit until a threshold were my brain just goes into destruction mode and throws out anything non-essential
that happens like once a year tho
but I guess it does help to one day just be like "okay I go through everything now and throw away what's needed"
