The best thing about darts on the TV is definitely the commentary - some of the crap they waffle is priceless. We used to come home from the pub and watch it sometimes and we’d be in knots of laughter. The best line I can remember: “Here comes dart player. He has the swagger of a man with two legs under his belt and one in the air.” I remember one guy talking about the amount of training the players did. He actually called them “athletes” and compared them to Olympic runners. Honestly, have a few drinks and turn up the volume.
