What’s favorite pastry or dessert? Adversely, what’s your least favorite?

About 10 years ago I had a praline sponge in a restaurant. To this day, I swear it was the best thing I’ve ever had in my mouth. Least favourite? Unless it’s got cucumber or liver in it I’ll eat it.
