How were the Pyramids of Gizeh built?

The Egyptologists are extremely adamant that NO SLAVE LABOUR WAS EVER USED. They say the people built them, purely from the goodness of their hearts, in the months when they had little farming /land work to do. Have you seen the bloody size of them?! They’re tall, yes, but the footprint of each pyramid is absolutely massive, and the blocks are huge. The Egyptologists also say that each carefully-chiselled stone was dragged up wooden ramps by these happy people. It’s been worked out that to be at a suitable angle for this to be viable, the ramps would have to be miles long to reach the topmost layers. It took tens of thousands of ‘volunteers’ thirty years to build them apparently. I don’t think the poor buggers had much choice in the matter.
