What’s the most hideous thing that ever came into existence by your cooking?

Banana cake. That’s what it was supposed to be anyway. It smelled delicious, and came out of the oven all browned and crisp and lovely. Except it was only a centimetre thick and just grey slimy mush inside. Even the birds wouldn’t look at it.
