If you saw someone flytipping (i.e. dumping a bunch of waste out in the countryside), would you do anything about it?
Not getting involved, unless I know they dumped something toxic/dangerous, then I would anonymously report its existence so it doesn't get into the groundwater or nobody's animal or whatever tries to eat it
