What is the worst punishment in your opinion? The death penalty or to keep them in prison for the rest of their lives?
I'm against the death penalty on principle so what's 'worse' is kinda moot for me, I also think criminal justice should be primarily about protecting society and not about inflicting suffering - if locking someone away forever keeps society safe, that's good enough for me - I do not crave blood for blood, that doesn't protect anybody
