burn out is a normal feeling when you’re tired, mind to tell me what do you usually do to ease out the stress? and how do you get back on track?

Gimana ya... I usually take some time off just to clear my mind by doing something I love or something that I’ve never tried before terus kalau dirasa udah refreshed baru deh balik! :3

Just did this yesterday, coping mechanism ku kalau lagi burn out dan banyak energi negatif itu bersih bersih kamar dan rumah. Jadi setiap habis bersih bersih kamar i feel like it's a new start terus biar mood happy-nya balik, aku nontonin either criminal minds, grey's anatomy, hospital playlist atau haikyuu biar moodnya terus happy happy, sehabis itu biasanya aku langsung bisa back on track ngerjain semua assignment ku ituu :p

Tidur. Pas lagi capek banget, obatnya cuma tidur. Lalu pas udah bangun, lakuin hal-hal yang disuka sendirian. Nggak main hp satu harian.
