How do you stay in shape? What sort of exercises do you do? Not that I've been staring or anything...

Honestly? I just stay active all day, every day. I started off just doing a bunch of cardio during middle school. Hiking, rowing... That built up the stamina for me to do more strenuous activities like climbing, lifting, and all that! Wrestling and sparring with my Pokemon is also a way to keep in shape in more open areas, even if it often ends up with me being thrown around like a rag doll.
