Can a manager put you down as awoll at your job if you sent a sick note in but they won't see it till today because they aren't in today?

Potentially, if you didn't follow process. I'd advice CC'ing in other to protect yourself if your manager is against you.

Not in this country, not under the workers laws here and not under the legislation ruling being sick while under a work contract.
