Foda-se
Harsh proposition, difficult question. But ultimately I disagree.
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX9qSaGXFyg] Apple introduced an exciting headset that seems too good to be true! You have to watch the video to understand what I mean. It starts at $3499. Thoughts? Do you believe this kind of headset has the potential to become as widespread and influential as smartphones?
Widespread, no.
I have yet to see an android phone manufacturer heavily investing in 3d face mapping. Apple does that since 2017. Google launched a phone with such features but realized that wasn't their business. The iPhone X didn't just come with just another biometric system. It was a mere investment into technologies that would make that headset a reality.
Another example is memoji. While it's fairly accurate and fluid due to the 3d sensors, other manufacturers tried to copy it by using various techniques to transform mere 2d data from a camera into animated faces.
That makes me think that while Apple spends money developing quality products and a slick ecosystem, others spend money to develop cheaper products.
There's nothing like Apple, and VR is still an expensive niche. For many people who are on that niche, spending that amount is just a little more than usual. For people who are (fully) into the Apple ecosystem, it's also a little more than usual. And I think it's going to take more than a decade until the major VR manufacturers catch up with Apple vision while offering a lower price.

How do you prepare your favorite hot cereal or porridge?
I'm picky so I don't.
Had to get out a bunch of unused but good kitchen items and some assorted surplus things. Wrote a big cardboard with the text: I like to give these away as gifts! - All the items placed aside of my door facing the street. The only item they didn't take was an old plush mouse I had sitting on top and the board. I hope somebody needed that stuff! - how do you do this? Decluttering?
I feel like I should do that but my mom doesn't like when I touch that subject.
The thing is, while we do have too many of some items, they are mostly worn out. I had to use a certain pan today and mom mentioned it's almost 40 years old. It's usable, but it's all bent and the bottom is far from flat, which isn't exactly good. That's not the kind of thing I can give away, so I'd probably sell the pans to some scrapyard.
The glassware is good though, so I'd probably post a status on WhatsApp and tell some people I'm giving them.
If you ever thought you found a dangerous adventure apart from your daily life that would push you to the brink of wetting your pants just try glider flights and especially experiencing the landing. Now I'm off to buy waterproof underwear....
Thanks for the warning
Are you in love? <3
I'm in happiness 😎
Happiest. There are simply too many happy days compared to bad days
Schools in the US federal state of Utah ban the Bible . Have the zealots now gone full circle? What do we expect next? Burning witches I assume? Utah.. hm isn't that where the Mormons are? Those who favour having multiple wifes?
I've never seen a Bible in high school, so I guess it's okay.
