When you make ocs what do you decide first (name, design, story, etc)?

Oh in both cases for me it's always the most ass-backwards way possible
For Sanguine it was Design > Personality > Story > Name
For the kiddos it was Name > Design (Kid) > Personality > Design (Adult) > Story
