What did you eat today?
A little bit of everything. Always skip breakfast (then tend to have a microwaved sandwich for lunch and 1/2 banana. Finally for this time dinner was a small portion from each of the plates with a side of avocado. ๐ฅI tend to meal prep large plates for future use. This week ๐(Garbanzo blended with kale and pumpkin & celery seed made a dip) ๐(pasta in marinara sauce with carrots and spinach) ๐(mixed boiled vegetable: broccoli, brussel sprouts & peas) ๐(eggs: cooked with bell peppers, tomato, onion, and spinach)
