Best website builder for original content and live posts? (not blocked by MOST school computers preferably)

wordpress.com and neocities.org both worked fine last time i was stuck with high school wifi

How live are we talking? If you want blogs, then github pages and neocities are probably not bad. Besides that idk I don't know of any that aren't comically bloated. I guess there's squarespace or shit like that but they are so bloated
