Charlie’s team is like his family, he has no ace, all bug pokemon are his ace (but his Galvantula is closest to him and like a brother). Lee (Yamper) bounces a lot of energy off Labi, they’re best friends and sometimes race each other. Pepper’s Spewpa “Sue” is a little full of herself, but still allows Pepper to hold her, and can cuddle with her if she’s feeling down. VAR is the best Rotom inhabiting a robot bunny+Alexa+Bb-8 you’ll ever meet and is very helpful to Ilex. Braxreo is less a pokemon to Holland and is very much a best friend to him, they can even communicate (through a color code tho, but still communication)
