I did already answer this through a tribute page I created, but I thought why not for old time sake.

Like I said on kiwi... it reminds me of kickass torrents, in that it was offline for a while but now its back online, with all of the original data gone. They might have blown their chances.

Without ads or whatever they might be too broke to keep it up anyways. I guess that people who live in their parent's basement might get bored enough to spend money on running a site like this.
