Yes. A car is a sign of responsibility (ie you've got your shit together), and when you're an adult there's a certain level of expectation we (men and women) have of one another. If you're 28 and nothing about you says "I'm trying to better myself" then you're a serious drag and deserve to be bred out of existence.
