I often really feel hungry at night, usually I force my eyes to sleep haha, or maybe play a game?

I am unable to fall asleep in the middle of the night on an empty stomach. So, I'll only consume small snacks such as cookies or biscuits. I can be certain that if the food is substantial, I will have a stomachache the following day.
