In the US, in my experience, it's primarily Christians, Mormons (Latter Day Saints), and Jehovah's Witnesses who are known for being pushy about their religion. In your locale is that also the case or do other groups fill that role?

Four times already, I've been approached by people wanting me to join their Bible study crew. And just yesterday, out of the blue, I got a text from this dude who crashed my lunch last year on campus [during my first days in the US]! My face must scream "convert me," because these invites just keep coming!

One time I was walking from uni to home and it was around 9 p.m. It was a bit dark. I saw three dudes coming towards me and I thought to myself: "OK! This is gonna be my first time being mugged in America." However, to my surprise, they asked me if I was interested in joining their Bible study group!
