how do you deal with the break-up phase?

oh dear, i have no idea. ive been dating myself for years. really sorry i cant help you out.

Just.. try to accpeted— everything. Sadness, happiness. Enjoy all the feeling. Seiring berjalannya waktu, pasti bakal bisa sembuh dan kita akan baik-baik aja. Bahkan tanpa kita sadarin. Cukup jangan denial. Kalau sakit hati, nikmatin. Nangis, nikmatin. Sedih, nikmatin. Nikmatin semua. Dan setelah itu sisanya cuman bahagia dan lega, karena kita udah bisa baik-baik aja.

I distance myself from my ex and take loads of time for myself. I let myself process the sadness for some time, either by listening to sad songs or crying. Once that has passed, I busy myself with books, studies, movies or literally anything to help me get my mind off of it. I also stay close to my dearest friends because they’re the ones who makes me smile again <3

i give myself space..., lean on loved ones, stay busy with things i enjoy, and focus on personal growth :D

cry (a lot) til i feel better, then i try to distract myself by being busy (at games)

It depends on what kind of break-up phase that I'm facing right now, but mostly I just go into vanish mode and no one can reach me out

Force myself to forget our memories by keeping myself busy. Even though sometimes cry about it when remember it, but it would be better if accompanied by a sad song
