First would be taking off my makeup, doing skincare routines, get myself a light meal while enjoying my free time. Typically I go marathon any series/movies/animes at the moment, watching youtube (I have been interested in ASMR lately!) then finally prepare going to bed.
cleansing, brush my teeth, drink some water, get on my bed, watch random videos till i passed out. i can't just go to sleep, i get scared easily so i need to watch/ listen to something.
