hi, this isn't the anon you were talking to, but just curious- how else do you use someones blinkies? other than hotlinking?
Save them to your computer, then upload them somewhere else! You can then hotlink from there.
There are lots of services that offer free image hosting for just this purpose, like imgur, postimages, catbox and filegarden.
Hotlinking from somebody else's personal website is bandwidth theft, and leads to increased hosting costs and slower page loading times for the host! Don't do it!!
