I bounce between a lot of projects, even during a writing session (unless I have a very pressing deadline haha) so right now I'm working on two things that are a bit secret, and then edits for the next chapter of my antarctic exploration au!!

Fave Christmas movie?
Oooh okay it's not technically a Christmas movie, but the Gene Wilder Willy Wonka always aired around then, so it's a Christmas movie to me! Otherwise, I love Elf and that one random animated movie about someone's grandmother getting run over by a reindeer!

Hi lovely!!! I'm off work so I'll mostly be hanging out, crocheting a scarf, and meeting up with friends! We always make soba for the new year, so I'll be doing that and going to a comedy show to ring in 2025! I hope you have a lovely and restful holiday!!

PLEASEEEE i love it so much.... i just think Atsumu being tied up and left alone... maybe blindfolded and wearing headphones so he literally has no concept of time and space
or like...... he's bound and gets all worked up and then MSBY just... leave him in a corner of the gym while they practice, or gag him at the dinner table so they can have a conversation without paying attention to him. I think it would drive him crazy in the best ways possible, and he'd lose his mind over it until he's willing to take any attention they'll give him!!

oooh i've been listening to this new song cycle a lot called Eight Immortals! It's like a retelling of the stories of the mythology! i also just started listening to Shaboozey's album "Where I've Been, Isn't where I'm Going" which is also really good!

Book rec!! I just finished "You Made a Fool of Death with Your Beauty" by Akwaeke Emezi and it was FABULOUS!! Themes of rediscovering yourself, moving forward after loss, the entire messiness of being a human with emotions that don't always fit, highly recommend!!

Stoked you want to write for windbreaker! I genuinely love every ship you write and you’ve gotten me into ships I wasn’t into, so I can’t wait to see what magic you come up with! Tbh tho I just started the anime so Sakura/Suo, Sakura/Suo/Togame, Sakura/Togame are all currently melting my brain. Can I ask what ships you have in mind or will it just be a surprise?

PacRim AU where A and B are the perfect match, except they're terrible at expressing their feelings for each other despite KNOWING they like each other
i have been thinking for HOURS about what ship could match this becuase this is such a good dynamic!! i love this idea of them drifting together and seeing the inside of each other's minds and knowing each other inside out but neither of them being able to really trust it until they hear it from the other, you know?
like... maybe the way they're at is working for now, and they don't wanna break it bc the end of the world; what good can love hold if you risk the fate of humanity for it?
or that's just the excuse they tell themselves, to counter their fear: what if they read it wrong? what if they're projecting? what if they're just looking at a refracted mirror of themselves in the drift, and getting /their/ feelings sent back to them.
SO MUCH WORRYING! when the love they need is right there and EVERYONE can see it???
Anyway I think this fits tskym weirdly well. There's this level of artifice that both of them have that they need to break down, but this innate kind of trust and a bond formed over years that they're both incredibly used to. In my heart, Yamaguchi thinks that Tsukishima is still the cool Pilot Trainee who convinced him to join the Academy together, and Tsukishima believes that one day Yamaguchi will find a better partner out there.
