Got any good food recommendations?

No mushrooms, please!

I've been making fried potatoes in my air fryer lately. I like to cut them into wedges, and the trick is apparently to soak them first (for like 30 minutes, but I'm impatient and easily distracted, so it's more like 10), and then dry them out (which I usually do with paper towels), and then toss them with a bit of oil, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and whatever appropriate herbs I have on hand. Then, I fry them at 195 °C for ~20 minutes, tossing occasionally. They go well with whatever (like the curry I made from whatever I had in the fridge at the moment).
