sometimes if you’re at that stage where the alcohol is still making you buzzed you gotta drink some electrolyte water and take some pain reliever cause it’s a sign of a hangover for me the next day. also sometimes i noticed if i can’t sleep or stay asleep after drinking it’s because my body is waking me up to go throw up. so sometimes ya gotta get that part over with to be able to rest
