I take a shower, close my eyes, and sleep because I’m exhausted from socializing and being overstimulated.

sometimes if you’re at that stage where the alcohol is still making you buzzed you gotta drink some electrolyte water and take some pain reliever cause it’s a sign of a hangover for me the next day. also sometimes i noticed if i can’t sleep or stay asleep after drinking it’s because my body is waking me up to go throw up. so sometimes ya gotta get that part over with to be able to rest

Well if the booze doesn't do it, the food coma from a kebab or some hankie pankie normally does it :o

...for me I do drink a large glass with milk and calm down sitting on my bed.
