I don't know. It's people's judgement, what is too lewd for me may not be for someone else, but I'd say many people (read: minors) don't enjoy (nor should be exposed to) lewd interactions.

As for what Lucy said, I'd say the internet has a lot of users that don't have good intentions. There was a femcel user from 4chan trying to interact with people here a while ago, but some people had no idea of what that meant. You might not know why some people don't like someone you follow, but I'd say it's a good idea to investigate and use your judgement.
