The mayor of Rio went to the beach and put system of a down (not something the average local enjoys) to play in a portable speaker. Supposedly that was to educate people to not play loud music on the beach because it's annoying. Thoughts?

They'd be more into Sepultura than System Of A Down I'd imagine. Typical politician, knows absolutely nothing

I hope it worked.
And it's not particularly immoral/unethical, imo. Playing some music never killed anyone, and I'm assuming it was perfectly legal, and it was supposedly for a good cause.
