currently: very random but i’m playing lego dc supervillains (lol) and i had many dc spirals back in the day over shows like og teen titans, most of the arrowverse (past about s3 i did not watch most of the arrowverse shows willingly but yknow.) superpowers that aren’t just super strength are my shit! it’s making me remember a lot of my past hyperfixations like……nyssara was one of my og ships back in their heyday 😭 nyssa was so hot and brooding and emotionally scarred and therefore she was babygirl

mermaid x mermaid hunter au is unique! what’s the inspiration behind it? it doesn’t sound like anything from popular movies or shows
yeah it's not!! the very early stages of it was sparked by now-deleted sb fanart posted years ago that's just human khj cupping mermaid kjy's cheek tenderly and it unfortunately gave me brainrot for days...recently i was looking through old photos and came across it and then unfortunately contracted brainrot again 😕
so i started toying with the idea of writing a mermaid au - mermaid!kjy makes so much sense to me and it's honestly criminal i haven't written it earlier. think about it.....she's always felt so naturally drawn to the ocean and said it heals her + naturally good at swimming, surfing, scuba diving + her fascination with the deep sea + her being the only wuju to choose giving up meat for the rest of her life vs the other wujus opting to give up seafood when they did that balance game? "i belong in the water" being an absolutely insane quote? i could go on. & on the other hand you have khj and her severe aquaphobia. the fic just started writing itself tbh
i'm trying not to give the whole plot away bc i'm pretty excited to write this one so i'll probably be able to properly talk about the thought process when i'm done with it hehe. part of the motivation was also self-indulgence tbh i like mermaid aus a lot but haven't read that many (not that there aren't many out there) and i'm pretty much just writing the fic i wanted to read and subjecting you all to it as well

I was doing a deep dive on your works and I didn’t realize that you only had 3 fics for WJSN. It felt like you had more 😭 (In a good way) Maybe my mind was already counting the prompts you had for them.
I read your fics for ITZY even though I’m not really familiar with them andI enjoyed all of them 🥹 The hanahaki one was really PAINFUL. But also what a funny prompt hanahaki is if we think about it. “I love you, if you don’t love me I’m going to FUCKING DIE.”

:o i actually have 4, 2 sb and 2 95z!! just that i put one of them under a pseud i created to distinguish my short(er)fic from longfic heh my thinking at the time was that people might visit the qaisal profile expecting fics of a certain length but………i ended up not using my pseud to write any more shortfic so i’ve been wondering if i should just delete the pseud and keep everything under qaisal anyway 😭 oh well we’ll see
i’m vv honoured, it’s seriously one of my fav things to hear when someone who follows me for x fandom ends up reading fandoms they wouldn’t normally read 🥹 and HBFJSHDJS omg i actually was so into hanahaki a while back but it really is just angst + dramatics + stubbornness + LIFE OR DEATH which i guess would explain why i liked it so much…at any time the one yearning is in danger of losing control and revealing their feelings against their own will! and the other person might not even know said reveal is for them! delicious
