Any tips for mengurangi rasa gundah, gelisah or panik? 😥

Try to write down every little thing that you feel or you think is the reason for the said feeling on a piece of paper. Ditulis aja, terus jangan lupa tulis pertanyaan + jawaban dari ini, “kenapa aku panik?” if you can’t find the answer, means it’s all in your head only. Jangan lupa atur nafas pelan-pelan sambil ngomong sama diri sendiri pake kata-kata baik such as, “it’s okay, it’s fine.”
