Tips n’ trick to stay healthy during ramadan dung, kakak cantikkkk <3
Aduh gimana ya, aku juga lagi di fase nge-freeze tapi insyaallah secepatnya bisa waras. Belakangan ini lagi fokus sama yang di makan selama puasa. Usahain ngurangin gorengan, tepung-tepungan sama gula, karbo juga sih. Minum cukup, tidur cukup! Agak tricky ngatur jam tidur jujur aja ini mah. Terus karna cuaca lagi mendung terus, jarang kena sinar matahari, aku tambah konsumsi vitamin D sama B kompleks. Pokoknya mah buat badan itu sama olahraga ringan. Kalo buat kesehatan mental, usahain ngaji sama perbanyak dzikir. Pinter-pinter milih konten buat di tonton biar gak ngeganggu puasa. Semoga aku, kamu, kita semua dapet berkahnya puasa ya. Gak cuma haus sama laper! Insyaallah kalo gak kalap makan pasti bisa stay healthy. ♡

The loyal to the core friend! She doesn't judge me for my personality. We've been known each other more than five years and always stayed beside me in the hard phases and handles me well during my self growth phase. We used to talk everyday day to almost lost contact, but in the end, we know how to find each other again. Overall, I'm grateful for having you here! Sometimes I get a little bit emotional to know that you aren't that kid anymore. I literally watch your process from junior high school and now you're in your last year in college. Time flies so fast, isn't it? Wish we can get a chance to meet up again someday!

Well, I'll mostly like the type who stay single for a long time and it makes me don't have any fantasies about relationships and type of boyfriend. Um, I enjoy slow yet passionate relationship, so maybe my type is someone who has big heart, it means sab'r/patience and understanding because I kinda hard to be open and it isn't easy for me to rely myself on my partner. But most of men, want their girlfriends involve them in any situations which it's impossible for me. It isn't that I don't need his help, but I get used to do everything alone and wait someone to do something for me is such a waste time, except this person do it by himself without I ask first. If he can bring out my feminine energy, I definitely will go down for him.

guys, gimme a reason why you're still alive
I still have hopes. Hope that things will get better, that my future holds beautiful things, and if I can just endure and enjoy the pain and hardships now I would eventually pull through. There are many good places that I want to visit, recipes I want to recook and many good reasons to stay. I want to learn more about myself, give myself more love that I deserve because the young me was really hate myself. Recently I care about myself more than others and surprisingly, it increases my desire to stay alive.

I wish you the same thing, honeybun! Well, this weekend I only stay at home, clean my room and I just finished clean my refrigerator! I have plan to refill it tomorrow and do meal prep. I am so excited to organize it, I even make list what should I buy tomorrow. Oh live is so exciting when you just focus on yourself and do anything you want to! Hopefully you have something to do that makes you excited this weekend. ♡

If there was a day where you were free to do anything without any restrictions, what would you like to do? And who's the lucky person brought by you?
Um, my days has been quite packaged lately and if there was a day where I was free to do anything, absolutely I'll go to the beach, do nothing, no handphone, just take deep breath and cleanse my mind. I usually do that alone but sadly, I don't have time for myself. Oh, for the second question, I'm not gonna bring anyone.
