There's a jazz bar that seems to be cozy. Haven't visited yet but the reviews are good. Bar Kotak Dharmawangsa.

Although I don't live in Jakarta Selatan, I've heard good things about Beer Garden Kemang or Lucy in the Sky. Both offer a great selection of beverages and a lively atmosphere. You might want to check it out!
