This involves carving out time for self-care practices, such as exercise and meditation, as well as fostering meaningful connections with loved ones. By prioritizing my own needs and boundaries, I am better able to show up fully in all aspects of my life. This is a value that I hold dear and strive to uphold every day.

I’m proud of myself because I’ve lived for a dozen years by loving myself. I never wanted to be someone else, I love everything that’s in me, I never forget to “Thank, God.” Not everyone can do those things, that’s why I’m proud of myself.

one thing that i am deeply proud of myself is my ability to approach life with a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude. i find great joy in spreading positive energy and making others feel happy. i don't mean to sound self-centered, and i apologize if it seems that way HEHE MAAFFF tapi aku serius.
