how do you distract yourself from overthink?

Distract huh.. some said it can be helpful to engage in activities that shift focus away from persistent thoughts. I tried going for walks, cat cafes, deep slumber of sleep, meeting new people or just city sightseeing. That helps me for now and it always works. Also, setting time limits are practical strategy to break the hold of overthinking and going back to how you usually used to be before.

By... sleeping. Or share my thoughts to someone and trying to be as honest as i can. So i hope their different point of views will calming me down
