no, I would just keep an obnoxiously wide berth around them. people like that KNOW what is going on, they know what the rules on wearing masks are. if you ask them to do something they are intentionally not doing, they will most likely be antagonistic. I fully expect someone like that to get in my face, intentionally cough in my face, etc. no thanks, that's not my fight to pick
