i shower with hot water, but if you don't want dry skin you should absolutely not do that. i also have eczema so I'm sort of at a disadvantage, but to counter that I moisturize well with a nonscented lotion w ceramides (CeraVe is best brand -- my dermatologist recommended it to me years ago). you should moisturize when you get out of the shower. like, immediately after you give yourself a quick pat down. if you wait until you're bone dry to moisturize yourself it just won't be as effective
