What's the best way to fix a broken sleep schedule?

In the last 4 weeks I've worked days, swing, and night, and now I'm going back to days. Dunno how I do it. Caffeine kinda helps. But I don't recommend drinking caffeine up to ~9 hours before you wanna sleep. That's the timing that works for me, anyway
