What's the best way to fix a broken sleep schedule?

In the last 4 weeks I've worked days, swing, and night, and now I'm going back to days. Dunno how I do it. Caffeine kinda helps. But I don't recommend drinking caffeine up to ~9 hours before you wanna sleep. That's the timing that works for me, anyway

I can say the best thing for my sleep has been to do it consistently. Go to bed at the same time each night, get up at the same time each morning.

Dunno if that helps, depends on how busted the schedule is I guess.
