What do you think is the most fitting punishment (if any) for false-rape accusers?

a fine at the least, a small amount of prison time maybe, if it's proved beyond a reasonable doubt? it should be enough to deter false accusations, but not enough to make people with real accusations fear for what might happen if their case falls through
