I don't want to say it tastes sour because it really doesn't and it makes it sound unappetizing / like I've only gone down on women that STANK, but there is the SLIGHTEST bit of tang on account of the lactobacillus that is common in the vaginal microbiome. Everyone's vaginal microbiome is a little different though. I've also noticed vegetarians and vegans tend to not taste salty at all compared to people who eat meat, where there can be a bit of saltiness
