the way that I work has changed drastically, and I basically had to take 2 months off from one of my jobs because of it. my grandma was sick in the hospital a while ago and no one could visit her because of COVID, but thankfully she got out without contracting the virus. I will probably be OK because I have the financial support systems I need to stay afloat (for now at least) but I imagine people who are just a little less fortunate than me (essential workers, people who are struggling to pay rent, etc.) are having a real bad time and very uncertain about the next several months. I'm mainly concerned about how early businesses are opening back up when we were barely past the peak. I don't care if my governor says it's OK to go back out into the world, even if we do it slowly and while strictly adhering to "aggressive" social distancing guidelines. I literally don't trust all the crusty bitches in the world to actually follow that. more people are going to die because of it
