Has COVID-19 virus affected you in any way? How bad/manageable are things in your country?

It's made me have to listen to straight cis men say they're oppressed bc they haven't gone to get a haircut from Sport Clips yet

Honestly being starved for affection is the only real personal impact. And I guess the endless dine in sushi. Here the holes in the wall are papered over and we have to open things because 'hurr I can't get my nails done' and we'll see a spike later this year and things will probably close again

1) It got me drinking again, and drinking has made me gain weight, but at least I haven't come into contact with Corona-chan. 2) Bad. According to this, we have the third-highest* deaths per 1 million pop. in the world: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

*I'm not counting the countries it has included that have a population below 1 million, for obvious reasons

Apart from contracting a mild case myself, the new Bomd movie release was cancelled which was to be my birthday treat. Today I’ve found out my Christmas(ish) plans are in tatters with the touring version of The Phantom of the Opera now being cancelled.

37k dead one of the worst in Europe.

13 of my co-workers fell ill and 27 in total were ordered into home lockdown. All of them recovered or are on the way to recover since some still fail to get their taste back. Also the financial loss of the company started to cost 62 jobs so far.

Im working from home, and i can't visit my gf because she lives in poland.
My country is doing really well. In Germany only 8500 people have died although we had a quite mild lockdown

I’m alright from start till now. Just double effort to sustain.Things are going great

Indirectly- I suppose— my job, and my kids being at home. We are around the 100,000 death mark.
