do you get headaches and/or migraines? if you do, what typically seems to cause them?

from time to time, I guess. Mostly just from being on the screen a whole lot. Good thing that that's part of the career I'm setting up :^)

When I'm startled, I will flinch and immediately get a headache. Luckily they last for a short period of time, anywhere in the realm of ten minutes to an hour, but they are headache nonetheless. Other headaches usually set in the evening so I believe they're a result of eye strain.

I get migraines (and vertigo). The easiest-to-note cause is a lack of caffeine, but it's also brought on by fluorescent lights (if I'm already experiencing other ~mysterious symptoms~) and air pressure changes.

I get migraines, the type with vision loss and scintillating scotoma followed by a severe headache, but thankfully I don't get the nausea or vomiting that some migraineurs experience. Sadly I've never been able to identify a trigger for my migraines, as they only happen a handful of times per year, and they don't seem to correlate with any environmental factors as far as I can tell from my records 🤔
