I tend not to. The one at my work is absolutely disgusting even after boiling it and the one at home also tastes pretty bleh. So I go through the fridge's filter at both places

I feel really bad about my small talk but I love being able to talk to people, even about menial stuff

So I had known about GNU social/pump.io/diaspora around 2014-2015 but had never given it a try. Early 2017, something stupid happened on Twitter (honestly forgot what) but a bunch of people started to migrate over then. I specifically jumped over after seeing Quad do so, and I made an account on mastodon.social. And I've been on fedi ever since!

A gaming friend of mine I met a few years back in Titanfall 2. We've grown super close since then, he's very very close to my wavelength!

Everything! Fedi is a lot more personal to me now so just hearing what the people I follow are up to makes me happy. Plus people post cool projects they're working on which is always neat to see. I just kinda write whatever's on my mind at the moment and I'm happy to see other people do the same. Can make better connections that way!
