Since you laugh at Pond's, I'm guessing you don't relate to Phuwin 😆 If I'm right, I can explain it.

So far, Phuwin's come across as incredibly polite and well-mannered—even Pond's mom picked up on it backstage. But sometimes his interactions seem a bit forced, like he's putting on a show rather than just being himself. You can see it in how he thinks about fans, that smile he gave Phi Tha, and what he said about the staff in the Asoke building.

Phuwin basically learned about human emotions through acting. His songwriting is a mix of mimicking, spotting patterns, and being super sensitive to everything around him, all expressed through really poetic, metaphorical lyrics. You might've noticed this in how Pond used super flowery Thai at summer camp. (Phuwin just finds it funny, though—he thinks it's just a weird habit of Pond's, or maybe how his mom raised him. Ha.)

I'm really enjoying writing Phuwin's POV. It's interesting to explore how he understands emotions by observing and then acting them out. In the next chapter, you'll see more of this. Basically, his love songs don't come from personal experience in the same way they might for someone else. He approaches emotions like an actor would—studying patterns, tones, expressions, all with Phi Jack's help. He analyzes relationships—from movies and poetry to real-life interactions—and then uses what he learns to write his lyrics. So, instead of a simple "I miss you," he'd describe the feeling using sensory details. Because Phuwin doesn't process emotions in a typical way, he struggles with direct emotional vocabulary, so he uses metaphors and poetic imagery to express what he can't directly name. This makes his songs less straightforward but also beautifully intricate, layered, and really evocative because of his unique way of seeing the world. Let me know if that makes sense.

Honestly, I already have the whole story planned out before I post a WIP or prompt. But sometimes, I have to pause because:

1. The idea is too good to ignore.
   I just have to write it down, even if it means putting other stuff on hold.

2. I need to do some research.
   Like, I'm holding off on 'Daddy's Home' because I'm diving deep into Southern Thai wedding traditions. Or for 'Fireproof,' I'm studying Middle Eastern geopolitics. And for 'Heads Above Water,' I'm consulting a doctor to make sure Est's recovery is accurate.

3. I'm not happy with how it's turning out.
   I'd rather stop than force it.

Oh, and I really want to write 'The Bodyguard!' It doesn't require much research, just a bit on the criminal underworld and court procedures. Just be patient with me, okay? Haha.

Whoever said that clearly needs A) stronger glasses or B) a visit to an ophthalmologist. That boy has never been stiff, even back in the FUTS era (and I haven't even finished watching the series). Pond and Phuwin have incredible chemistry. They're so relaxed during BTS and when the camera's rolling. Neither of them shies away from intimate scenes. Phuwin especially blows me away. How can anyone say he's a bad actor when he always looks stunned after being kissed on screen? (If you've read my stories, you know how much I rave about their chemistry.) He looks like he's been kissed into oblivion (just watch the "seal the deal" kiss in FUTS and all the kisses in NLMG. Also, the ending kiss in FUTS—you know, the one where Phuwin smiles into the kiss while holding balloons—is still my favorite kiss ever.). And no, Pond doesn't do all the heavy lifting. Clearly, those people haven't seen NLMG (Phuwin's hand on Pond's nape, Phuwin nibbling on Pond's lower lip) or We Are. Phuwin's character is actually quite proactive here. (Phuwin even craned his neck during the intimate scene, practically chasing Pond's mouth! And don't forget his hand on Pond's waist! If anything's stiff, it's certainly not his acting 🤭) Even with bad angles and directing, their chemistry shines through. Their domestic boyfriend life is the perfect example.
