The latter, even tho who needs language, and down with words. But that'd still be dope as hell, I could have a sick career translating books or something which has always sounded kinda cool to me because you get to nearly rewrite the book, you know, and if you suck at that then you ruin the book but if you crush it then you contributed. Oh and it'd especially be dope if it was truly every human language, like I'd know dead languages and shit we never even heard of before. Unless this is some genie trick and I can speak the languages, but I can't read or even understand them...
