I don't think so. But then again, over here that would fk marginalized people up the street and back down it again, so maybe we can get it done! There are a lot of low-income people who are so disenfranchised that banking and using a card is very difficult or impossible for them. It isn't just an elderly thing, a lot of these people are very young.
