How to cope with our burn out phase?

I'm still on this phase, but so far ... I have few tips that may work!

  • When it's time to rest, rest down and do the things that you love, you enjoy, that makes you happy and all, like watching, playing, hanging out.
  • Take your time to breath calmly and start to find things that can make you feel "burn out", try to make it more enjoyable (this phase is verrrry hard since it may takes time, but ok!)
  • Take your time and don't force it so that you don't feel overwhelmed.
  • Spill all your feelings out, to other person, to diaries, etc. It shall help the caged feelings out.
  • Eat things you like, do stress-free activities when you have time.

Hope it helps, actually! It's not easy, but it'll take you on a new journey to bypass and when you're through, it feels nice. Take all the time you need in this world!
